This antibody originates from mouse ascitic fluid and is purified by protein A agarose affinity chromatography. |

Reactive with lytic cycle-associated late envelope glycoprotein (ORF K 8.1A) of HHV-8. Reactive in IFA, ELISA, Western blot, RIP, Immune Electron Microscopy assay, and flow cytometry1. In IFA, this MAb shows bright fluorescence predominantly localized in the cytoplasm and plasma membranes. No reactivity with EBV-positive (P3HR-1) or HHV-8 negative (BJAB) cells. |
