特異性

This antibody is specific for Dengue virus serotype 2 virus-like particles/envelope protein, and does not cross-react with other Dengue virus serotypes. Antibody does not recognise DENV envelope protein domain III (EDIII).

應(yīng)用

Direct ELISA (VLP antigen and envelope protein bound to plate).
The antibody is not reactive in Western Blot.
Immunofluorescence.

貯存

Store at +4°C for up to three months, or at -20°C for longer periods The antibody is shipped at ambient temperature. Avoid repeated freeze/thaw cycles.
